We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our prestigious fine-dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Oversee administrative tasks and operational procedures.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and a premium dining experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, sales, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management (fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage restaurant operations independently.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
