- Create and implement promotional campaigns to increase online orders and customer retention.
- Analyze sales, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with operations to launch new brands, menu items, and seasonal promotions.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Build partnerships with influencers, corporate clients, and third-party delivery platforms.
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience in the Cloud Kitchen, F&B, or QSR industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, and online food delivery platforms.
- Experience in brand management, campaign planning, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
