RECRUITMENT OFFICER
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and onboard qualified talent across hospitality, facilities management, and events & entertainment operations.
- Takes a proactive approach to meet staffing levels by attracting, sourcing and screening applicants using innovative techniques.
- Screen applications and conducts competency-based and behavioralbased interviews using appropriate forms/assessments etc.
- Provide the needed administrative support and coordinate with the Government Relations Officer regarding visa issuance/ TOS –IN
- Ensure recruitment-related reports (candidates’ data base, status tracking etc.) are accurately and timely updated
