We are hiring a Document Controller Cum Accountant for a leading contracting/trading company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company documents and records.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed, tracked, and archived.
- Prepare and maintain document registers and transmittals.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation.
- Record basic accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
- Assist with supplier and customer account reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients.
- Support administrative and financial reporting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in contracting, construction, or trading companies is preferred.
- Knowledge of document control procedures and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
