We're Hiring – Online Cashier (Female)

Mama Joy is looking for a Female Online Cashier to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally.
• Take and process food orders accurately for all Mama Joy branches.
• Enter customer orders into the POS/Odoo system.
• Assist customers with menu information, prices, offers and order inquiries.
• Coordinate with the branches to ensure fast and accurate order processing.

Requirements:

• Female applicants only.
• Good spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Friendly, organized and professional.
• Good computer and typing skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple conversations efficiently.
• Previous experience in customer service, cashier, reception or call center is an advantage.

Salary:

QAR 2,500 – 2,800 (depending on experience)
