QASHTUTA B LABAN SWEET is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer requests and concerns.
• Prepare and present bills and accurately process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables, service stations, and work areas.
• Set up tables before service and clear tables after guests leave.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and cashiers to ensure efficient service.
• Upsell menu items, desserts, and beverages to increase sales.
• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
• Report customer feedback and operational issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a restaurant server is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or café is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills .
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
