Key Responsibilities:
? Coordinate with shipping lines for Delivery Order (DO) collection and gate pass extensions
? Process shipping line payments and cost allocation
? Coordinate EPC/Ministry approvals for the Qatalum Project
? Arrange courier shipment bookings
? Prepare delivery notes and upload Proof of Delivery (POD)
Preferred Background:
? Experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Operations
? Candidates with Finance/Accounting experience will have an added advantage
