Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices on site
Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills
Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare reports with corrective actions
Ensure all subcontractors and personnel comply with Ashghal HSE standards
Maintain HSE records, permits, and documentation as required
Liaise with Ashghal representatives, client HSE teams, and internal management
Requirements
4–5 years of HSE experience, with minimum 4 Years on Road and Infrastructure in Qatar (MANDATORY)
Valid NEBOSH IGC certification (NEBOSH verification email must be provided)
Additional certification: IOSH or OSHA (mandatory)
Education Certificate (Diploma/Degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field)
Current Appointment Letter OR Recent 3 Experience Certificates (covering last 3 roles)
Strong knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards, Ashghal HSE guidelines, and local regulations
