We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will oversee technicians and tradesmen, ensuring smooth maintenance, high operational standards, and full compliance of Electrical, Mechanical, and plumbing systems across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical & MEP Site Execution: Lead on-site installation, lighting, power distribution, and overall MEP coordination for interior fitout projects.
Drawing & Schedule Mastery: Review, interpret, and execute complex electrical shop drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), load schedules, and work timelines.
General MEP Coordination: Oversee routine HVAC, Fire Fighting ,Fire Alarm and plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with architectural finishes.
Site & Subcontractor Management: Direct daily operations, manage technicians/subcontractors, and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Quality & Compliance: Enforce strict Quality Control (QC), KAHRAMAA compliance, QCDD compliance and HSE safety standards on site.
Requirements
Education: BE / B-Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred).
Experience: 3+ years as an MEP/Electrical Supervisor in Interior Fitout / Construction (Qatar local experience preferred).
Core Skills:
Expert knowledge in electrical drawings, load schedules, and electrical site execution.
Working / Functional knowledge of HVAC ,FA, FF and Plumbing systems.
Proven ability to coordinate all MEP trades on active fitout sites.
