Administrator - Real Estate (Arab National)
Location: Al Khatat Real Estate (Bin Al Sheikh) – Doha, Qatar

Al Khatat Real Estate (Bin Al Sheikh) is expanding, and we are looking for a proactive, organised, and experienced Real Estate Administrator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Sales, Leasing, Finance, and Operations teams.
Prepare and manage sales agreements, tenancy contracts, lease documentation, and other real estate-related documents.
Maintain and update property listings, client records, and CRM databases.
Coordinate with clients, property owners, agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle office administration, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, phone calls, and filing.
Assist with property viewings, client follow-ups, and coordination of documentation.
Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and Qatar real estate regulations.
Support management with reports, data entry, and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Administration and/or Sales & Leasing Coordination in Qatar.
Strong knowledge of Qatar real estate procedures, documentation, and administrative processes.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid Qatar Driving Licence and own vehicle will be an advantage.
