We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our technical and operational teams in a fast-growing interior products supplier company.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in architecture, engineering, or the construction materials industry and is experienced in coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the CRM, Quantity Surveying (QS), Architecture, Procurement, and Sales Support teams.

Ensure smooth coordination between departments to achieve project timelines and customer satisfaction.

Review architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to provide suitable product solutions.

Monitor quotations, order processing, procurement, inventory, deliveries, and project progress.

Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Track team performance and prepare operational reports for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project requirements.

Support the sales team with technical guidance and project coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or management within the interior products, fit-out, construction materials, or building materials industry.

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and material submittals.

Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and suppliers.

Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
