Head of OS&E Stores – VVIP Family
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) Stores to oversee the management of kitchen equipment and hospitality operating supplies for a prestigious VVIP Family in Qatar.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in OS&E stores, inventory management, or hospitality stores operations
- Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel, luxury resort, private household, royal family, or VVIP/VIP residence
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, cookware, china, glassware, silverware, utensils, and hospitality operating supplies
- Experience in inventory control, stock management, receiving, issuing, and asset tracking
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Currently based in Qatar
- Must have a transferable visa with NOC
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all OS&E inventory, with a primary focus on kitchen equipment and hospitality supplies
- Oversee the receiving, storage, issuance, and tracking of all OS&E items
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and household departments to ensure equipment and supply availability
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement and replacement of damaged or missing items
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of all OS&E assets in accordance with luxury hospitality standards
