???? Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs
• Coordinate internal and external training initiatives
• Manage performance appraisal and employee assessment processes
• Identify competency gaps and recommend development plans
• Support employee engagement and talent development initiatives
• Maintain training records and HR reports
• Assist with HR policies and organizational development initiatives
???? Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Training & Development and Performance Management
• Knowledge of competency frameworks and appraisal systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (Odoo experience preferred)
