Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting
- Record daily accounting transactions, receipts, petty cash, supplier invoices, and operational expenses.
- Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and accounting files.
- Process supplier payments, cheques, bank deposits, and payroll-related accounting entries.
Cash Management
- Collect and reconcile daily cash received from sales teams.
- Perform daily cash closing and deposit collections into the bank.
- Maintain accurate cash records and internal cash reports.
Accounts Receivable
- Record customer payments received through cash, cheques, and bank transfers.
- Prepare and share customer statements and monitor outstanding balances.
- Support credit control activities and resolve customer payment discrepancies.
Reporting & Finance Support
- Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports using Excel and ERP systems.
- Assist in month-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audits while providing assistance to the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, trading, or distribution.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, cash management, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Transferable Visa / Transfer ID Required.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
