We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress cum Cashier to join our F&B team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
*Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle billing and cashier operations, including cash and card payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and cashier areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth daily operations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards
*Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the respective position is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Your shifts/hours will be varied according to the business needs, which will include day-time, night-time and weekends on a rota basis.
- Preferred if located in Al-Khor
