## Debt Collection Specialist
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Debt Collection, Credit Control, or Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in B2B collections preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Manage outstanding payments, negotiate settlements, maintain collection records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulations.
