We’re Hiring – Restaurant Manager lady

Location: Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in Finance, Business Growth, and Purchasing to lead our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
• Develop business growth strategies and increase profitability
• Handle purchasing, supplier negotiations, and inventory management
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team
• Ensure excellent customer service and operational excellence
• Monitor food cost, labor cost, and overall business KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge
• Experience in purchasing and supplier management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive sales and business growth
• Experience in restaurant operations is essential
