Role Overview
Inspects electrical and instrument installations.
Verifies compliance with project blueprints.
Ensures adherence to safety regulations.
Approves materials before installation begins.
Checks cable laying and terminations.
Inspects lighting and grounding networks.
Witnesses insulation and continuity testing.
Monitors instrument calibration and loop checks.
Follows Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
Issues non-conformance reports for failures.
Compiles final quality handover packages.
Job Requirements
Requires 5 years of industrial experience.
Prefers oil, gas, or power plant background.
Demands an electrical or instrumentation degree/diploma.
Needs knowledge of IEC, IEEE, or NEC codes.
