We are seeking an experienced AC Technician Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of AC/HVAC technicians.

Assign work orders and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, split AC units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, and ducting systems.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Review maintenance reports, job cards, and service documentation.

Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to improve technical performance.

Coordinate with clients, facility managers, and other departments regarding maintenance schedules and repairs.

Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements with the procurement or store department.

Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports.

Respond promptly to emergency HVAC breakdowns and critical maintenance issues.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Refrigeration, or a related technical field.

HVAC certification or trade qualification is preferred.

Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation.

At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading HVAC technicians.

Experience in commercial buildings, residential towers, retail, hospitality, hospitals, or facility management is preferred.

GCC/Qatar experience is highly desirable.
