Excellent contract drafting, review, negotiation and interpretation skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Ability to maintain accurate contract records and prepare management reports.

Ability to identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation  in CLM s

Qualification/certification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or any related discipline.

Professional certification in Contract Management or Procurement, is an advantage (Eg: CIPS, NCMA CPCM etc)
