Join Mind Stream as a Mechanical Supervisor on a contract basis, where you will oversee and execute critical maintenance activities at a pumping station.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and supervise all mechanical maintenance activities for the pumping station

- Lead a team of mechanical technicians, assigning daily tasks and inspecting work quality

- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum uptime

- Oversee the overhaul, repair, and servicing of pumps, valves, and rotating equipment

- Perform shaft alignment, bearing replacements, and identify abnormal vibration conditions

- Manage spare parts inventory and raise material requisitions to prevent delays

Requirements:

- Demonstrated background in supervising mechanical maintenance within pumping stations

- Deep technical knowledge of pumps, rotating equipment, and pump overhauls

- Proficiency in shaft alignment, bearing replacement, and vibration analysis

- Experience managing work permits, isolations, and safety standards

- Strong leadership skills and experience maintaining accurate job history records
