SENIOR HSE OFFICERS
Job description:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Senior HSE Officers to join our team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as promoting a culture of safety across the organization.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational HSE Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE roles, with at least 3 years in a senior position.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
- Only Freelancers are eligible to apply.
- Must be locally available in Qatar
- A holder of a valid Qatar ID.
- Can join immediately.
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Advise management on necessary safety improvements and updates.
- Lead training sessions to educate employees on HSE practices and emergency response procedures.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations for prevention.
- Stay updated with the latest HSE regulations and industry best practices.
Project details:
- Location: Ras Laffan Industrial City
- Contract: 3 months, extendable
