We are looking for an experienced Structural Draftsman & QS to join our team in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural shop drawings for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs, etc.
• Prepare detailed rebar shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Calculate reinforcement quantities, bar lengths, weights, and cutting lists.
• Perform quantity take-offs for concrete, reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, plaster and other construction civil works.
• Prepare and update BOQs, quantity sheets, and measurement sheets.
• Assist with variations, material quantity calculations, and progress measurements.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams and revise drawings based on consultant comments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in structural drafting and quantity take-off.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and reinforcement detailing.
• Excellent AutoCAD and Excel skills.
• Experience in BBS preparation is essential.
• Ability to read and understand IFC/structural drawings.
• Qatar/GCC construction experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
