We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience and be capable of independently managing the complete recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and Department Heads.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements.
• Conduct reference and document checks when required.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Support bulk hiring and walk-in recruitment campaigns when required.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future vacancies.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently.
