Education: Secondary (12 years) certificate. Preferably ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate holder

Experience: 10 years relevant and hands-on experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and competency

Certification: Valid Rigging Supervisor certificate from competent and certified agency.

Able to understand the third party approved lift plans.

Able to prepare and propose the lifting plans for non-critical lifts.

Able to analyze and suggest the suitable cranes and lifting gears, tools and tackles for non-critical lifts.

Able asses the risks and its mitigation of lifting activities during preparation stage

Coordinate with third party lifting surveyor during any critical lifts.

Conduct the toolbox meeting among the riggers

Guide, supervise and coordinate the riggers during preparation and job execution.

Expertise in two cane operation as well as critical lifts.

Expertise in lifting activities of vessel, equipment, Intricate shapes and operation conducted at 50meter height.

Check loads to be moved, estimate size, shape, weight and center of gravity, and make sure that loads do not exceed lifting capacities of cranes.

Continually alert for people, or objects which may come in the path of the load, where the load is not visible to crane or winch operators, hand signals, whistles or two-way radios are used.

Lifting and shifting/moving Heavy equipment, large size pipes and control valves etc. with very large capacity cranes size up to 500T.
