Accountant

Mester Khazanah Trading is looking for an experienced, responsible, and versatile Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

We are looking for someone with strong accounting knowledge who can also support the company with administrative tasks, documentation, coordination, and external company-related follow-ups when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.

Prepare invoices and process payments.

Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Assist with bank reconciliation.

Maintain and organize financial documents and records.

Assist with regular accounting and financial reports.

Coordinate with management regarding accounting-related matters.

Administration & Company Support

Handle day-to-day office and administrative tasks when required.

Maintain and organize company and employee records.

Manage documents, correspondence, and administrative paperwork.

Coordinate with staff and management on company-related matters.

Support general office operations and documentation.

Handle administrative follow-ups and assigned company tasks.

External Follow-ups / Mandoob Duties

Handle company-related external follow-ups when required.

Visit banks, offices, suppliers, customers, or other locations for company matters.

Submit, collect, and follow up on company documents.

Assist management with external administrative requirements.

Handle other company-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Good understanding of accounting principles and day-to-day accounting procedures.

Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.

Good English communication skills.

Valid Qatar ID.

Valid Qatar Driving License – Required.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.

Responsible, reliable, and professional attitude.

Previous experience in Qatar is an advantage.
