Job Title: Customer Service / Helpdesk

We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Customer Service / Helpdesk Executive to join our team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service / Helpdesk operations, preferably within a Facility Management company in Qatar.
• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Should be competent in handling customer/client complaints and resolving issues effectively within the stipulated timeframe.
• Ability to coordinate with relevant technical and operational teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Good follow-up skills and ability to maintain proper records of customer complaints and service requests.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
