Position: Storekeeper cum Junior Accountant

 Department: Warehouse / Stores

 Salary: QAR 2,500 per month

Requirements:

Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

Must have practical knowledge of inventory In/Out flow in Excel.

Ability to maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.

Experience in receiving, issuing, and recording materials.

Able to prepare and maintain daily inward/outward material records.

Knowledge of spare parts, tyres, oils, and vehicle-related materials will be an advantage.

Able to conduct regular stock counts and identify shortages/excess stock.

Good organizational and documentation skills.

Responsible for maintaining proper storage and security of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.

Check quantity and condition of incoming materials.

Issue materials only against approved requisitions.

Maintain accurate inventory records for all inward and outward transactions.

Record vehicle spare parts, tyres, and oil consumption accurately.

Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.

Report shortages, excess stock, damages, and slow-moving items to management.

Keep the store properly organized for easy identification and access.
