STORE SUPERVISOR – E-COMMERCE DIVISION

WE ARE HIRING – STORE SUPERVISOR | E-COMMERCE DIVISION

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor to join our E-Commerce Division in Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce store operations, inventory management, order processing, picking & packing, delivery coordination, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the e-commerce store/warehouse.

Manage incoming online orders and ensure timely processing.

Coordinate picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery activities.

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

Ensure proper receiving, storing, and handling of products.

Supervise store staff and allocate daily tasks.

Monitor order accuracy and minimize picking/packing errors.

Coordinate with the e-commerce, purchasing, sales, and delivery teams.

Handle stock discrepancies, damaged items, returns, and replacements.

Maintain proper housekeeping, organization, and safety standards.

Prepare daily/weekly operational and inventory reports.

Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Support smooth and efficient day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Store Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, E-Commerce Store Supervisor, or similar role.

Experience in e-commerce operations and online order fulfillment is highly preferred.

Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.

Experience supervising and managing a team.

Good computer skills and ability to work with inventory/order management systems.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills in English.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qatar experience is preferred.

Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa/NOC will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who is hands-on, organized, responsible, and capable of managing both people and daily e-commerce store operations efficiently.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in store, warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or online retail operations. Qatar/GCC experience will be an advantage.
