Mind Stream is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee site execution of pipeline pre-commissioning activities, covering cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, pigging and intelligent inspection, dewatering, drying and preservation.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise site execution of pipeline pre-commissioning: cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, pigging, intelligent inspection, dewatering, drying, preservation
- Direct pre-commissioning crews on daily work plans, procedures, and sequencing
- Oversee correct use and operation of pre-commissioning equipment and instrumentation
- Verify pipeline materials and fabrication comply with applicable project specifications
- Coordinate with project stakeholders on progress, issues, and readiness
- Report on pre-commissioning status, deviations, and completion; maintain organised records and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven site-based experience supervising pipeline pre-commissioning (onshore and/or offshore)
- Strong knowledge of pre-commissioning equipment and instrumentation
- Understanding of pipeline materials and fabrication requirements
- Commitment to safety and quality standards on site
- Ability to liaise between site teams and office-based project staff during rotations
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Doha, Qatar
Contract duration: 1 year, extendable
Eligibility: Locally available candidates with a valid QID preferred
