We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Store Helper to support our store and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the receiving, unloading, checking, and proper storage of incoming goods and supplies
• Organize and arrange items in designated storage areas according to established procedures
• Assist in the issuance and distribution of food, beverages, supplies, and other materials to concerned departments
• Check items for quantity, condition, expiry dates, and proper labeling
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures and proper stock rotation practices
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store and storage areas
• Assist with stock counts and inventory activities
• Support the Storekeeper/Warehouse team in preparing and transferring requested items
• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or loss
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the Storekeeper or Supervisor

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Store Helper, Warehouse Helper, Store Assistant, or similar role is preferred
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, hospitality, F&B, or food warehouse operations is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of receiving, storage, stock handling, FIFO/FEFO, and inventory procedures
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving stock safely
• Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Good understanding of workplace hygiene and safety practices
• Basic communication skills in English
• Professional, reliable, and willing to work flexible shifts when required
