We are urgently seeking the below position:
CAMP BOSS
- Female
- Any Nationality
- Must be stay in company accommodation
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day management, supervision, cleanliness, safety, discipline, and smooth operation of the staff accommodation/camp.
- Must have strong leadership, good communication skills, and the ability to handle staff concerns and accommodation-related issues professionally.
- 2-3 years previous experience as a Camp Boss, Accommodation Supervisor, Camp Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar position.
-Experience managing staff accommodation or large residential facilities is Must.
- Ability to handle staff complaints and conflicts professionally.
- Basic knowledge of accommodation maintenance and safety procedures.
- Computer literacy and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is an advantage.
- Able to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Responsible, firm, fair, and approachable.
- Able to work under pressure and respond to emergencies when required.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours when operational requirements arise.
- Must be available to respond to urgent accommodation or staff-related concerns.
- Must strictly follow company policies, accommodation rules, and management instructions.
- Must maintain confidentiality regarding staff information and company matters.
