We're Hiring: Operations Officer

Location: Qatar

Capital Ambulance for Medical Services (CAMSQA) is looking for an experienced Operations Officer to join our team supporting medical and nursing services across onshore and offshore sites in Qatar.

About the Role
As Operations Officer, you'll coordinate day-to-day service delivery across our onshore and offshore client sites, ensuring staffing, equipment, and logistics are aligned with client requirements and company standards.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and monitor daily operations across onshore and offshore assignments
• Liaise with clients, field teams, and management to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support manpower planning, scheduling, and logistics for offshore/onshore deployments
• Ensure compliance with client site requirements, HSE standards, and company policy
• Troubleshoot operational issues in real time and escalate where needed
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in operations coordination within the oil & gas industry in Qatar
• Hands-on exposure to both offshore and onshore site operations
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements in an industrial/offshore environment
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure across multiple sites and shifting priorities
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred; willingness to travel to client sites as required
