We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven, and Arabic-speaking Business Development & Fit-Out Project Coordinator (Male / Female) to manage client relationships, handle leads, explain interior solutions, and coordinate high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with Qatari clients in both Arabic and English.
- Bring new leads and proactively follow up on inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior design and fit-out solutions.
- Explain 2D/3D designs, materials, finishes, and execution processes to clients.
- Conduct site visits, take accurate site measurements, and oversee project coordination.
- Prepare quotations with the technical team and close deals successfully.
- Coordinate seamlessly with interior designers, site execution teams, and suppliers.
- Maintain strong client relationships and generate valuable client referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Language: Fluent in Arabic (Gulf/Qatari dialect preferred) + Good English.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Interior Fit-out / Decoration (Residential & Commercial).
- Project Expertise: Knowledge of villas, majlis, bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, commercial spaces, and offices.
- Design & Material Understanding: Ability to explain 2D/3D design concepts and assist clients with material selection.
- Technical Site Knowledge: Familiarity with gypsum, joinery, marble, lighting, flooring, paint, MEP, etc.
- Sales & Communication: Strong negotiation, sales, lead generation, deal closing, and client-handling skills.
- Driving License: Valid Qatar Driving License (MUST).
- Visa Status: Qatar ID / Transferable Visa (Preferred).
