Limited Edition Interiors is looking for a talented and motivated Interior Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, material selections and presentations.

Prepare project briefs, BOQs, quotations, schedules and cost negotiations.

Read, analyze and develop architectural/interior drawings and shop drawings.

Select furniture, fabrics, wallpaper, lighting, colours and finishes.

Present design concepts to management and clients.

Coordinate and follow up with suppliers, contractors and deliveries.

Conduct site visits and supervise works to ensure quality and deadlines are met.

Requirements & Skills:

Creative with a strong eye for design, colour and detail.

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D.

Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Office.

Good understanding of materials, finishes and current design trends.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Very good English, both written and spoken.

Self-motivated, punctual, organized and attentive.

Valid driving license is required.
