Requirements:
? 3–5 years of experience in bulk/mass recruitment, preferably within the construction industry
? Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
? Strong ability to screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and prepare offer letters & employment contracts
? Experience coordinating with Hiring Managers, PRO, C&B, and OD teams regarding manpower requirements and compliance
? Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, confidential records, and recruitment documentation
? Bilingual in Arabic & English is mandatory
