Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
Strong experience in civil, structural works and Fit-out
Excellent knowledge of BOQs, quantity measurement, variations, valuations, and cost control.
Experience in tender submissions, including the preparation of technical submissions and tender documentation.
Immediate joining preferred.
Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills
Quantity take-off and measurement from drawings.
BOQ preparation and tender documentation.
Cost estimation, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Evaluation of contractor and subcontractor quotations.
Cost control and cash flow forecasting.
Management of variations, claims, and final accounts.
Cost optimization and commercial negotiations.
Knowledge of construction contracts and applicable construction law.
Procurement management, including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, material price comparison, and purchase order coordination.
