Al Sharq Modern Trading is seeking an experienced and reliable Public Relations Officer (PRO) Mandoub ????? to manage government-related transactions, official documentation, and administrative procedures in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have a valid Qatar driving license, strong English communication skills, and a good understanding of local government procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle government transactions and official documentation with relevant authorities in Qatar.
• Manage company-related licenses, permits, renewals, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate visa applications, residence permits, and other employee-related government procedures, as applicable.
• Visit government departments and other relevant offices to complete official transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of company documents and ensure timely renewals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all PRO activities are completed efficiently and on time.
• Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be an Arab national.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant PRO experience in Qatar.
• Must hold a valid Qatar driving license.
• Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
• Good knowledge of Qatar government procedures and documentation requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
