Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible female Cashier & Receptionist to join our restaurant team in Qatar.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while handling cashier operations and restaurant orders.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Handle cash and card payments accurately.
Receive and process dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Manage orders through restaurant delivery applications.
Operate the restaurant POS system.
Maintain accurate daily cash records and sales reports.
Keep the cashier and reception area clean and organized.
Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Previous experience in a restaurant or cashier position is preferred.
Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems.
Friendly personality and professional attitude.
Honest, punctual, and well-organized.
Must be currently residing in Qatar.
