Position: Cashier
Location: Doha, Qatar
Industry: Food & Beverage / Restaurant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system and issue receipts to customers.
• Greet customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate cash records and ensure proper cash handling.
• Reconcile cash receipts and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Ensure the cashier counter and surrounding area remain clean and organized.
• Coordinate with service staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and food safety standards where applicable.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant or café.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Must be currently available in Qatar.
• Valid QID and transferable employment status, as applicable.
