Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Arabic-speaking candidates are required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
