Planning Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Coordinator to support maintenance planning activities, technical records management, fleet planning, and maintenance programme administration. The role will be responsible for coordinating maintenance requirements, maintaining planning systems, preparing work packages, and ensuring maintenance documentation is accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain maintenance work packages and planning documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance requirements, materials, tooling, and resource requirements.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and maintenance task completion.
• Update and maintain maintenance planning systems and databases.
• Review maintenance documentation and ensure records are properly updated.
• Track deferred defects, maintenance activities, and aircraft availability requirements.
• Maintain aircraft technical records, maintenance logs, and associated documentation.
• Support maintenance programme updates, revisions, and administration activities.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports and provide maintenance planning updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant qualifications in Aviation, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning, Fleet Planning, Technical Records, or Maintenance Programme administration.
• Experience working in an Airline or MRO environment.
• Experience of using TRAX or similar aviation maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning processes and technical documentation requirements.
• Experience maintaining maintenance records and supporting compliance requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning and coordination processes.
• Knowledge of technical records management and maintenance documentation.
• Familiarity with aviation maintenance systems and databases.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
