We are looking for a reliable and versatile Fleet Operations & Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our fleet management, customer service, and digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and legally compliant, delivering excellent service to our rental and sales customers, and helping us expand our reach through online advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage annual Fahes vehicle inspections for the fleet.
Deliver rental cars to customers and complete vehicle handovers.
Explain basic vehicle features and usage to rental customers.
Show vehicles to prospective buyers and highlight key features.
Assist customers with basic vehicle inquiries.
Create and post car rental and sales advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.
Manage online ads and postings on Meta Marketplace and community groups.
Ensure vehicles are maintained and comply with inspection requirements.
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Doha roads, garages, and Fahes inspection procedures.
Basic computer skills and experience posting online advertisements.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to interact professionally with rental customers and prospective buyers.
Punctual, responsible, and well-organized.
Ability to handle both driving duties and basic office work.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
