We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead, manage, and expand our company’s operations and business activities in Qatar.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in facility management, cleaning, hospitality, MEP, construction, and manpower supply, along with a proven track record of securing major contracts and driving business growth in the Qatari market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s overall operations and business development activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s business, market presence, and corporate profile.
• Identify new business opportunities and secure profitable contracts in Qatar.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Lead and manage manpower, operational teams, and departmental activities efficiently.
• Prepare business proposals, tenders, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Monitor operational performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Develop new client portfolios and strengthen existing business relationships.
• Ensure effective coordination across cleaning, hospitality, MEP, construction, and manpower supply divisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant managerial and business development experience.
• Proven experience in the Qatar market, particularly in securing and managing major contracts.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning, facility management, hospitality, MEP, construction, and manpower supply services.
• Demonstrated ability to grow a company’s business, reputation, client portfolio, and market presence.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
• A strong network of corporate clients and established business contacts in Qatar.
• Ability to develop effective business strategies and achieve revenue growth targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
