? 6+ years of experience in Facility Management/Civil Engineering
? Experience with high-rise residential or commercial buildings preferred
? Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, inspections, reporting, and client coordination
???? Key Responsibilities: • Facility inspections and civil asset monitoring
• Managing maintenance and repair activities
• Quality assurance and compliance checks
• Client communication and issue resolution
• Site manpower coordination
• Purchase requisitions and material management
• Weekly progress reporting and operational support
