Job Description
Pigeon Engineering is urgently hiring experienced HSE Officers for an Oil & Gas project at Ras Laffan, Qatar.
Candidates must have substantial Oil & Gas experience, including brownfield project exposure, and hold a NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) Level 3 qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor project HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans.
Conduct site inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.
Monitor compliance with project HSE requirements and applicable safety standards.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
Assist with risk assessments and job safety analyses.
Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Coordinate with site management to maintain a safe working environment.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas experience.
Minimum 2 years of brownfield project experience.
NEBOSH IGC Level 3 certification.
Practical knowledge of Oil & Gas site safety requirements.
Experience in site inspections, risk assessments, and HSE reporting.
Contract Details
Duration: 3 months, extendable depending on project requirements.
Immediate joiners with valid QID preferred
Freelance visa holders preferred
FAT provided
