We are looking for an experienced Vessel Gang Supervisor with a strong background in container terminal operations to supervise vessel gangs and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient container handling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise vessel gangs during container handling operations.
Allocate manpower and assign duties according to operational requirements.
Monitor workforce productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and operational standards.
Coordinate with the Vessel Supervisor to ensure smooth vessel operations.
Monitor RDT/VMT operations and ensure proper workforce coordination.
Qualifications:
Minimum Intermediate School education.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of vessel operations and container handling procedures.
Knowledge of safety practices and RDT/VMT operations.
Strong workforce supervision and manpower coordination skills.
Previous experience in container terminal operations is mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in container terminal operations.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory position.
Candidates without container terminal experience will not be considered.
