We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to provide HSE guidance, support, and monitoring during terminal operations, ensuring full compliance with QatarEnergy HSE requirements and applicable safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HSE advice, guidance, and support during terminal operations.

• Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy HSE requirements and company safety procedures.

• Conduct regular HSE inspections, risk assessments, and safety observations.

• Organize and conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.

• Report incidents, investigate safety concerns, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Contract HSE Plan.

• Monitor safe working practices during marine and container terminal operations.

• Ensure compliance with emergency response and hazardous cargo handling procedures.

Qualifications:

• Recognized HSE qualification, diploma, or equivalent meeting CORP-HSE-STD-080 requirements.

• NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Qatar HSE legislation and safety requirements.

• Strong understanding of marine and container terminal safety.

• Knowledge of risk assessment and incident investigation.

• Familiarity with hazardous cargo handling and lifting operations.

• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Experience:

• Relevant experience in HSE roles within terminal or marine operations.

• Previous container terminal experience is mandatory.

• Candidates without container terminal experience will not be considered.
