We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Container Tally Clerk to support vessel loading and discharging operations at a container terminal.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform container tallying during vessel loading and discharging operations.
Maintain accurate records of all container movements.
Verify container details against vessel documentation.
Monitor reefer containers and ensure proper tracking.
Update and maintain container movement records in the Terminal Operating System (TOS).
Coordinate with vessel and terminal operations teams.
Ensure accuracy of container inventory and operational records.
Qualifications:
Minimum Intermediate School education.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Terminal Operating Systems (TOS).
Knowledge of RDT operations.
Understanding of container inventory control and vessel documentation.
Basic knowledge of reefer container monitoring.
Familiarity with reefer plugging and unplugging operations.
Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in container terminal operations.
Previous container terminal experience is mandatory.
