We are looking for an experienced and certified Heavy Forklift Operator to support container terminal operations, including cargo handling, material movement, and equipment support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy-duty forklifts for container terminal support activities.

• Handle and move cargo, materials, and operational equipment safely.

• Follow approved lifting procedures and operational safety standards.

• Ensure compliance with equipment operating limits and load capacity.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any defects.

• Coordinate with terminal operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain safe working practices throughout all operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate School education.

• Valid Heavy Forklift Operator certification.

• Valid forklift operator competency certification for the relevant equipment type and capacity.

Requirements:

• Must meet CORP-PAI-STD-005, Appendix (B), competence requirements for forklift operators.

• Good knowledge of safe forklift operation and load limitations.

• Familiarity with container terminal operations, RDT and VMT.

• Valid Qatari Driving Licence for heavy/light vehicles.

• Strong awareness of workplace safety procedures.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in port/container terminal operations.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Previous container terminal experience is mandatory.

• Candidates without container terminal experience will not be considered.
